Warranty Policy
Beamiva Warranty Policy
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
Beamiva stands behind eligible products purchased directly through our official sales channels.
This Warranty Policy explains the commercial limited warranty provided by Beamiva, what is covered, what is excluded, how to submit a warranty claim, and the remedies that may be available.
This warranty is separate from Beamiva's voluntary Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or reduces any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
1. Who Is Covered
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of an eligible Beamiva product purchased directly through an official Beamiva sales channel, currently including beamiva.com.
The commercial warranty is non-transferable.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resale marketplaces, private sellers, or second-hand transactions are not covered by Beamiva's commercial warranty unless Beamiva expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
This Warranty Policy applies to eligible purchases delivered to Beamiva's current sales markets: the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Warranty Period for Standard Products
Fixture Body, Structural Components and Original Electrical Components — 2 Years
For eligible standard products, the fixture body, main structural components, and manufacturer-supplied original electrical components are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty, beginning on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
Covered original electrical components may include integrated LED components, LED drivers, transformers, power supplies, sockets, wiring, and other manufacturer-supplied electrical parts incorporated into the fixture.
Replaceable Bulbs
Replaceable light bulbs are considered consumable components and are not covered by Beamiva's commercial warranty.
This does not affect the handling of a bulb that is confirmed to have arrived damaged, incorrect, or otherwise affected by an eligible delivery issue.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, personalized, modified, and made-to-order products may have a different warranty period from standard products.
The applicable warranty period for a custom or made-to-order product will be stated in the written confirmation, quotation, or other written terms provided before purchase or before production is authorized.
Customers should review the applicable custom-order warranty period before approving the order.
Unless the written custom-order terms expressly state otherwise, the remaining provisions of this Warranty Policy, including coverage conditions, exclusions, claim requirements, available remedies, shipping responsibilities, and limitations on labor costs, continue to apply.
The separate Final Sale rules applicable to custom and made-to-order products do not eliminate remedies for covered manufacturing defects or any non-excludable rights provided by applicable law.
4. What the Limited Warranty Covers
Subject to the applicable warranty period and the other terms of this policy, the Beamiva Limited Warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or manufacturing that arise during normal and intended use of the product.
Warranty periods are the same for eligible residential and commercial use, provided the product is used in an environment and manner for which it was designed.
A warranty claim is not automatically approved simply because a product stops working or develops damage during the warranty period. Beamiva may reasonably assess the cause of the issue before determining whether it is covered.
5. What Is Not Covered
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the commercial warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by incorrect installation or wiring; incorrect or incompatible voltage; incompatible bulbs, dimmers, controls, or electrical systems; misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper storage; dropping, impact, accidents, or other customer-caused physical damage; unauthorized modification, dismantling, or repair; normal wear and tear; corrosion, moisture, heat, weather exposure, or other environmental conditions where the product was not designed or rated for such use; use of a product in an unsuitable indoor, damp, wet, or outdoor environment; normal deterioration of replaceable bulbs or other consumable items; or another external cause that is not attributable to a defect in materials or manufacturing.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Natural Materials, Hand-Finished Products and Dimensional Variations
Lighting products may incorporate glass, stone, marble, travertine, wood, metal, ceramic, hand-applied finishes, or other natural or handcrafted materials.
Reasonable variation in color, tone, texture, grain, veining, bubbles, transparency, pattern, surface finish, shape, or similar characteristics may occur between products or compared with website photography.
Screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, manufacturing batches, and handcrafted production may also affect how a product appears.
These reasonable variations are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects.
Likewise, slight dimensional differences may occur because of measurement methods, handcrafted production, or material characteristics. Significant deviations from the specifications stated or agreed at the time of purchase will be assessed separately and are not automatically treated as normal tolerance.
7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact support@beamiva.com.
Please provide your order number, the product name or identifying information, a clear description of the problem, and clear photographs or video showing the issue where relevant.
For an electrical or operating problem, Beamiva may reasonably request additional information concerning the installation, electrical configuration, symptoms, or troubleshooting already performed.
Where reasonably necessary to assess a technical issue, we may also request information or findings from a competent technician or electrician. This does not make professional-installation documentation an automatic condition of warranty coverage.
Do not perform unsafe electrical tests or dismantle electrical components solely to provide warranty evidence.
Beamiva normally aims to provide an initial review within 3–5 business days after receiving the information reasonably required to assess the claim.
Complex technical issues may require additional review time. The 3–5 business day period is an initial assessment target and is not a guarantee that repair, replacement, or refund will be completed within that period.
8. Available Warranty Remedies
If Beamiva confirms that a defect is covered under this Warranty Policy, we will determine an appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include replacement parts, a repair solution, a replacement product, or another reasonable corrective solution.
If the original product or component has been discontinued, is unavailable, or cannot reasonably be supplied, Beamiva may provide a replacement part or product with reasonably comparable function and value.
If repair, replacement parts, replacement product, or another reasonable solution is unavailable, impracticable, or inappropriate, Beamiva may provide a refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits a remedy that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
9. Shipping Costs for Approved Warranty Claims
Where Beamiva confirms a covered warranty defect and replacement parts or a replacement product are required, Beamiva will cover the necessary shipping cost for those approved replacement items.
Import duties, tariffs, customs charges, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges assessed on a warranty replacement shipment remain the responsibility of the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Beamiva does not control charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers, brokers, or other government or third-party entities.
10. Labor, Installation and Related Costs
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Beamiva in writing, this commercial warranty does not reimburse electrician fees, installation labor, removal or disassembly costs, reinstallation costs, contractor charges, lifting or crane costs, scaffolding costs, access-equipment costs, or other labor or project-related expenses incurred by the customer.
Please contact Beamiva before commissioning third-party repair or replacement work for which you intend to request reimbursement.
11. Replacement Products and Remaining Warranty Period
A repair, replacement component, or replacement product does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
Any approved replacement part or replacement product remains covered for the balance of the applicable warranty period calculated from the original product's delivery date, unless Beamiva expressly provides a different period in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Refunds Provided as a Warranty Remedy
Where Beamiva determines that a refund is the appropriate warranty remedy, the refund will generally be based on the amount actually paid for the affected product.
Customer-incurred installation, removal, electrician, lifting, scaffolding, contractor, or similar indirect costs are not included unless applicable law requires otherwise or Beamiva expressly agrees in writing.
Any original delivery charge, tax adjustment, or other amount that must be refunded under the circumstances will be handled according to the applicable order terms and applicable law.
13. When to Make a Claim
A warranty claim must relate to an issue arising and reported within the applicable warranty period.
Beamiva does not impose an additional 7-day, 14-day, or similarly short warranty-notification period.
Customers should contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a potential warranty issue so that the product and circumstances can be properly assessed.
14. Relationship With Returns and Custom-Order Final Sale Rules
The warranty period is separate from Beamiva's voluntary 30-day return period for eligible standard products.
Expiration of the voluntary return period does not, by itself, end an applicable warranty.
Likewise, a custom or made-to-order product becoming Final Sale after production begins means that it is not eligible for ordinary cancellation, return, exchange, or refund for customer-related reasons. It does not automatically eliminate an eligible claim for a manufacturing defect or another remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
15. No Additional Commercial Warranty
Except for the commercial limited warranties expressly stated in this Warranty Policy, applicable product information, or written custom-order terms, Beamiva does not provide any additional commercial warranty.
This limitation does not exclude, restrict, or reduce statutory guarantees, mandatory consumer protections, or other rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than this Warranty Policy, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
